Let me start by saying – the only way to lose weight… is to sit inside a calorie deficit!

FACT

There is no magic “How To Lose Belly Fat Overnight Drink Recipe”.

It doesn’t matter how many nights you drink these 2 ingredients… YOU WILL NOT lose weight because of it!

A calorie deficit explained…

caloric deficit is any shortage in the number of calories consumed relative to the number of calories required for maintenance of current body weight (energy homeostasis).

deficit can be created by reducing input/calories consumed (lower food intake) or by burning more through more daily activity and structured workouts.

This is the only way, backed by science you will lose weight consistently and see results.

After all, if these 2 ingredients were so magical, surely every over-weight person in the world would be taking them and we wouldn’t have an obesity epidemic #JustSaying

I hear so often about the next magic pill, potion, magic drink or gimmick to help people lose weight.

Where the truth of the matter is… it comes down to consistently tracking your calories in and moving more.

The real issue is… you don’t eat smart and don’t move enough. Simple

These quick fix, immediate gratification products don’t deal with your current set of life habits that don’t serve you!

They don’t deal with the daily hurdles you face.

They simply cover up the root cause and have you believe you are doing something about it! When deep down we all know that’s not the case!
